WELL MONITORING & INSTALLATION UPDATE
BGwT Meeting: July 17, 2006

WELL MONITORING

The BGwT’s latest set of readings are indicated below. There are currently 669 wells in the BGwT’s network. Wells were read between May 22 - June 15, 2006. Of the 669 wells read:

  • 218 wells @ elevation >7’
  • 272 wells @ elevation 5’- 7’
  • 131 wells @ elevation 3’-5’
  • 20 wells @ elevation <3’
  • 28 wells @ no reading
We now have 42 wells in the East Boston Area. Wells were read in East Boston June 14 - June 15, 2006. Of the 42 wells read:
  • 23 wells @ elevation >7’
  • 6 wells @ elevation 5’- 7’
  • 4 wells @ elevation 3’-5’
  • 9 wells @ elevation <3’
  • 0 wells @ no reading

INSTALLATIONS

  • 180 Contract resumed on 4/26/06.
  • 85 of the 137 remaining wells have been installed as 7/13/06.

LEVELLOGGERS

Group 3 well data will be uploaded from wells beginning the week of August 7, 2006.
