WELL MONITORING

• Will begin a new set of readings starting next week on Monday (07/25/05).

INSTALLATIONS

• Continue to work on 114 contract.
• Have installed 45 out of 114 observation wells as of today 07/19/05.
• Formulated Bid analysis on bids received from three (3) drillers.
