WELL MONITORING & INSTALLATION UPDATE

WELL MONITORING

We are in the process of reading our 797 well network.

We have read 88 wells in the East Boston Area. Wells were read in East Boston on September 14, 2006. Of the 88 wells read:

• 37 wells @ elevation >7’
• 14 wells @ elevation 5’-7’
• 9 wells @ elevation 3’-5’
• 17 wells @ elevation <3’
• 11 wells @ no reading

INSTALLATIONS

• 180 Contract resumed on 4/26/06.
• 133 of the 137 remaining wells have been installed as of
  9/12/06.

LEVELLOGGERS

Group 3 well data was uploaded and posted on the website.

Group 4 dataloggers have been installed.
