Technical Coordinator Report #12

Hello everyone. The following summarizes our work from 29 June Ð 9 July 2004.

• Prepared 24 observation well locations for installation.
• Installed 20 observation wells and incorporated them into the network.
• Received Bids for the next group of 105 observation wells from five (5) of the six (6) Drilling companies.
• Prepared recommendation for the awarding of the next group of 105 observation wells.
